Sam has been a Personal Trainer for almost 20 years! Jessica has been a nurse for over 12 years and is also a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
We love working with people in all stages of life! We help you to create a healthy AND happy way of living that will transform your entire life!

At Deep Blue Fitness, we focus on YOUR well-being.
Jessica is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, with degrees from the University of Michigan and Texas Women's University. She has been a nurse for over 12 years and is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
She has an artistic side as well and loves spending time outside.
Sam played football for the University of Memphis, and has a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management. He has been a trainer for almost 20 years, and absolutely loves helping others through training.
He loves being a "girl dad" and watching any kind of sports on TV.
As a team, we have been married for 5 years, have two little girls, and LOVE helping others along their wellness journey to become the best possible version of themselves!
We both have strong faith and love spending time each day practicing meditation and self-care.
Teaching others to care for themselves is our calling- through both parenting
our girls, and through
Deep Blue Fitness.
