Meal planning and training sessions for the entire family! Training can be done in-person (will be done in group format), virtually, OR we can write a comprehensive workout plan for your whole family! Whatever option works best for YOU and YOURS!
- There is no change in cost in relation to how many children are included.
Considering how busy many of us are, as well as the current times we are living in, we also offer a virtual-only option to our clients.
This option is perfect for those who are not comfortable with, or do not desire, in-person training sessions.
We can A) write an individualized workout plan for you, or B) actually TRAIN you VIRTUALLY through one of the many video chat options that are available these day!
- Suitable for any fitness level- beginner through advanced.
- We will schedule 2-4 workout sessions per week, based on your personal schedule and goals.
- Basic nutrition education, and counseling as needed.
- Training PLUS Meal planning services.
- Same as Basic Training, with the addition of monthly nutrition coaching and meal planning.
- Initial consultation will include a 3-day diet record and discussion of client goals.
- This option is perfect for someone who already has their own established workout program and just needs a little extra help with planning meals!
- Option A: Detailed, meal-by-meal guide
- Option B: Classic Recipe Bundle; includes several options for 3 meals/snacks per day.
- Comprehensive Training PLUS Nutrition counseling program throughout your pregnancy and as you transition through the postpartum period.
- Jessica is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, with a specialty in prenatal/postnatal care. She will provide individualized training and nutrition counseling for each woman and her growing baby during this very special time. We can meet with you as early on in your pregnancy as you would like, and can start training as soon as you have your first prenatal OBGYN appointment ensuring your pregnancy is not high-risk, and that exercise is safe for you at this time.
- Once we get the go-ahead from your doctor, we can set up a weekly training schedule- to include some resistance training and some cardiovascular training, as well as some prenatal yoga and specialized stretches to help your body prepare for bringing your baby into the world!
- As an added measure of safety and reassurance during and after your training sessions, we can provide pre-, intra-, and post-workout fetal heart tone assessment, as well as a health check for momma-to-be—to make sure that everyone stays perfectly healthy throughout your exercise session!
- As you near your estimated due date, we will continue to meet with you to help you prepare for the upcoming events, as well as answer any questions you may have.
- After your little one has been born, we will meet with you as early as 1-2 weeks postpartum, with a focus on postpartum/lactational nutrition counseling and meal planning.
- Once you get your 6-week clear (or 8 weeks for c-section mommas!), we will start the exciting part of getting your body back to pre-baby shape! We will plan your program based on how relaxed or aggressive you want to be regarding exercise at this time.

- As your big day nears, we would love to have your birthing support person join us for a session to provide education on various ways they can assist you during labor.
- Want to spend more time with your baby while still getting in shape? Our Mommy-and-Me workouts will be a perfect option for you, as we will actually incorporate your little one into your workout!
